Rewilding - A journey through modern-day intentional communities.

This is my personal photo diary, documenting my journey through communities that reject conventional systems in search of new ways to live in balance with nature and each other. I’ve traveled across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and beyond, visiting eco-villages, anarchist collectives, and wide-scale community experiments where people blend ancient communal knowledge with modern environmental practices to build self-sustaining, intentional ways of life.

Through my lens, I capture the living experiments of these spaces, where human connection, shared purpose, and sustainability take shape. These communities demonstrate that alternative paths thrive and offer valuable lessons on reconnecting with the land and each other. Each visit deepens my understanding of what it takes to create meaningful, sustainable communities.

"Rewilding" reflects my quest for meaning and answers. What makes these communities thrive? What challenges do they face? How can their lessons guide us in our own lives? This project is about discovering ways to live with greater intention, closer to the earth, and with one another.
